In 1994 SHERYL MARTINEZ, joined Pauline and they created PAULINESTEAM, and as a Mother-Daughter team they promise to assist you with all of your real estate needs.  We listen to what our clients' needs are and then do the job.

PAULINESTEAM works across Santa Clara County listing homes and finding that perfect property for their clients.  With a combined 35 years of sales and marketing experience, there is no challenge that this team is not prepared to undertake.  We help people that speak little or no English.  We explain the process of buying and selling to our clients.

Both are active in the community, Pauline an active lector in her church and Sheryl active in her children's school activities.  In addition Pauline is an active volunteer at the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors Board, and a California Association of Realtors Director.  Both are outstanding agents at Alain Pinel Realtors.
